Under the Bridge – the day shoot
Hey There,
Found a new place to shoot. Everyday I travel into the Brigantine area to clean a building. Everyday I cross over this bridge…
I decided yesterday to stop and see the scene underneath the bridge. What I found was a community. Yes there was the usually graffiti tags and empty cans scattered through out the scene, but there was much more. As I walked out onto the pier I noticed diversity. A diversity in skin color and culture only. Some were fishing for smiles some were seeking they’re families dinner.
The contrast of the big money boat folks and the young families seeking a meal was striking. There were a few daring ones that made their way out to the “icebreakers” at the base of the pillars.
The dog in this shot was swimming around the people fishing. Barking his head off, I don’t know if anyone claimed him after all the ruckus.
Loved the pillars and the icebreakers had to do a shot through them.
