The new Fujifilm Finepix S1000fd

Hey there,
Just got this Monday, i already have renounced my recent allegiance to Canon. This is one of those “bridge cameras” so it has a great amount of manual setting changes. This allows more freedom on how I want the picture to come out. Still doesn’t reach up to the SLR level, but it has definitely pulled me out of the auto shooting point and shoot class.
Here are some of the first shots i took with this camera
Like this long exposure, I am going to work on this. I would say this is the funnest kind of shot I have ever taken. This one is obviously a experiment.
